Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Hues Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The intern will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and helping coordinate interviews and recruitment activities. Responsibilities include drafting and updating HR documents, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and assisting in organizing training or employee engagement initiatives. The intern will also help address routine employee queries related to benefits and policies, prepare basic HR reports or summaries, and collaborate with HR team members on ongoing projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and interest in building a career in HR.
Ability to support HR Management tasks, including basic record-keeping and coordination of HR activities.
Understanding or willingness to learn HR Policies and procedures, including compliance with organizational guidelines.
Awareness of Employee Benefits and readiness to assist in communicating benefits information to team members.
Interest or experience in Personnel Management, including employee engagement and support for team-related initiatives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and willingness to learn HR tools.
