Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full-stack Developer role based in Bihar Sharif. The Full-stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and optimizing server-side logic, integrating APIs and databases, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into clean, efficient code and participating in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting. The developer will also help improve development workflows, document technical solutions, and support ongoing feature enhancements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including building APIs, managing databases, and creating secure server-side logic.
Candidates should possess Software Development and Full-Stack Development skills, with the ability to work across the entire application stack.
Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (such as React, Angular, Node.js, or similar) is beneficial.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and attention to detail are required.
A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is advantageous.
Ability to work on-site in Bihar Sharif, collaborate in a team environment, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
