Role Description The App Developer role at SaathApp is a full-time, on-site position based in Bihar Sharif. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain mobile and web applications that support SaathApp’s collaboration platform. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, working with databases, implementing responsive user interfaces, and integrating third-party services and APIs. The App Developer will collaborate with product managers and designers to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and enhance performance, security, and usability. The role also involves participating in code reviews, documenting technical solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of the development process.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining applications.
Hands-on experience working with Databases, including schema design, queries, and performance optimization.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), along with basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with Integration of APIs, third-party services, and internal systems to create seamless user experiences.
Knowledge of mobile or web application frameworks and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to test, debug, and optimize code for reliability, scalability, and security.
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment on-site.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
