Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Flutter Developer role based in Bihar Sharif. The Flutter Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, Dart, and related tools. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, integrating APIs, optimizing performance, fixing bugs, and collaborating with designers and product stakeholders to refine user interfaces and user experiences. The role also involves writing clean, testable code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical documentation to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. The developer will work closely with other engineering team members to align the mobile app with backend services and overall product goals.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Experience in Software Development and Programming, with a focus on mobile app development using Flutter and Dart.
Knowledge of Back-End Web Development concepts such as RESTful APIs, integration with server-side services, and basic database interactions.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to design modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Understanding of UI/UX best practices for mobile applications and experience working with design teams.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize mobile apps for performance and reliability.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
