Role Description The Full Stack Developer will work on-site in Bihar Sharif in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineering team members. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end interfaces and back-end services for SaathApp’s core platform. The role involves translating product requirements into scalable features, writing clean and efficient code, and ensuring responsive and accessible user experiences. The developer will be expected to integrate APIs, optimize application performance, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues. This role also includes contributing to architectural decisions, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement of development processes.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development using modern frameworks and languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
Hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive applications
Understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL or NoSQL), and version control systems such as Git
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with familiarity in testing and debugging practices
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment on-site
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with cloud platforms, security best practices, and performance optimization is an advantage
