Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day CRED account and build strong relationships with CRED stakeholders.
Track and analyse key metrics including sales, GMV, orders, AOV, product performance and campaign performance.
Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, product assortment and overall account growth.
Coordinate with CRED on campaigns, promotions, product launches and visibility opportunities.
Monitor product listings, pricing, assortment, inventory and availability to ensure smooth account operations.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive product discovery, engagement, traffic and sales.
Work on email campaign calendars, customer segmentation, campaign communication and performance tracking.
Analyse email metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversions and revenue, and use insights to improve future campaigns.
Coordinate with Inventory and Operations teams to avoid stock-outs and resolve operational issues.
Prepare regular account and campaign performance reports and highlight actionable insights.
Work closely with Marketing, Creative, NPD, Inventory, Operations and Finance teams to execute account initiatives.
Maintain regular follow-ups with CRED and ensure timely closure of pending tasks and deliverables.
What We’re Looking For
0–2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Marketplace, E-commerce, Growth or Email Marketing.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of email marketing, campaign execution and performance metrics.
Comfortable working with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets and performance reports.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive, ownership-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Candidates with hands-on experience in tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar platforms will be preferred.
