Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean and analyse data to generate actionable business insights.
Build and maintain MIS reports, dashboards and data analysis models.
Work with business teams to understand requirements and solve data-related problems.
Analyse business, sales, customer, inventory and operational data.
Identify trends, patterns and opportunities through data.
Support teams with regular and ad-hoc data analysis.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or a related field.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Python, SQL and Advanced Excel.
Should have completed relevant data analytics projects and be able to explain the approach, tools and outcomes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of data handling, analysis and visualisation.
Minimum 80% marks in Class 12th.
Smart, proactive and eager to learn.
Strong learning mindset with the ability to pick up new tools and concepts quickly.
Strong ownership and ability to take responsibility for assigned work.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
