Role Overview
We are looking for a Florist to join our warehouse team and handle bouquet making and floral arrangements. The candidate should have an eye for aesthetics, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
Key Responsibilities
Create bouquets and floral arrangements as per customer orders and design requirements.
Select, trim and arrange flowers to ensure good presentation and freshness.
Check flower quality and remove damaged or unsuitable flowers.
Pack bouquets properly for safe delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of flowers and materials.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Follow standard bouquet-making and quality processes.
Required Skills
Experience in bouquet making, floristry or floral arrangements preferred.
Good understanding of flowers and their handling.
Good sense of aesthetics, colour combinations and presentation.
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Good teamwork and coordination skills.
Experience
0–2 years in floristry, bouquet making, gifting or a similar role. Freshers with relevant skills can also be considered.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of assigned work.
