Program Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
End-to-End Operations Management
• Own candidate and partner operations, ensuring key activities are tracked and closed within TATs.
• Drive key milestones and identify operational gaps and risks and drive timely resolution
• Ensure SOP adherence while proactively identifying and resolving operational gaps.
Candidate & Partner Management
• Own candidate concerns and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Build strong relationships with university partners and act as a key POC for their requirements.
• Monitor partner performance and drive improvements in delivery and experience.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management
• Coordinate with university partners, campus POCs and Corporate teams for seamless execution.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, clear ownership and timely closure of dependencies.
• Manage escalations with urgency, maturity and effective communication.
Team Management & Accountability
• Lead and support campus/team POCs across candidate and partner operations.
• Delegate responsibilities, track deliverables and drive timely execution.
• Review performance and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
Data, Performance & Reporting
• Track candidate, partner and operational metrics to monitor performance.
• Analyze trends and identify recurring issues, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Drive regular reviews and maintain accurate dashboards, trackers and reports.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
• Identify recurring operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
• Standardize processes and drive consistent SOP adoption across teams and campuses.
• Continuously improve efficiency, TATs, candidate experience and partner satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant:
• 3-4 years of experience in operations, partner management, program management, student/candidate operations or a similar role.
• Experience in HEIs, universities, EdTech or a fast-paced startup environment is preferred.
• Experience managing teams, POCs, partners or cross-functional stakeholders.
