Role Summary
You will lead livelihood initiatives, driving planning, coordination, and execution of community-focused CSR programs.
You will be responsible for ensuring strong implementation discipline, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery of livelihood initiatives in an onsite environment.
The role requires structured program management, clear reporting, and consistent follow-through to support measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of livelihood CSR initiatives, ensuring activities are planned, coordinated, and delivered effectively.
Align program actions with CSR priorities and approved objectives in collaboration with internal teams and implementation partners.
Monitor field execution, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions to improve delivery quality and consistency.
Track program progress, consolidate updates, and prepare clear status reports for review and decision-making.
Coordinate with community partners, vendors, and other external agencies involved in livelihood programs.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance-related inputs for program governance.
Review implementation outcomes against targets, capture learnings, and support continuous improvement in program design and execution.
Escalate operational risks, delays, or exceptions promptly and follow through on closure with relevant stakeholders.
