Head – Operations & Strategy | Agro-Tourism

The role will be responsible for developing the strategic and operational framework for the project, driving execution, building teams, and establishing our agro farm in a sustainable and commercially successful Agro-Tourism destination.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall business and operational strategy for the Agro-Tourism project.
Lead project development from concept, planning and execution to operational readiness.
Design operational processes, SOPs, manpower plans and performance metrics.
Develop innovative Agro-Tourism, hospitality, leisure and experiential offerings.
Drive revenue generation, business growth, partnerships and commercial opportunities.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, authorities and other project partners.
Monitor budgets, operational performance, revenue, costs and customer experience.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Present strategic plans, progress updates and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Hospitality, Tourism, Resort Management, Agro-Tourism, Real Estate or related sectors.
Experience in project development, business setup or large-scale operations.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
Excellent team management and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial understanding with a result-oriented approach.
Willingness to work closely with the project and travel as req
Preferred: Candidates with experience in Agro-Tourism, Hospitality, Resort Development, Destination Management or large-scale experiential projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
