About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented recruiter with prior experience in Manufacturing / Sales hiring(Field Sales - Junior to Mid level) for a recruitment agency environment. The role requires strong stakeholder management, client handling capabilities, and excellent communication skills to manage end-to-end recruitment mandates for consulting and professional services clients.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setup and capable of independently handling client requirements, sourcing quality talent, and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Consulting and Professional Services roles.
Work closely with clients to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and expectations.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking, and database search.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fitment.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer discussions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Ensure quality closures within defined TATs and hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
Deliver a high level of professionalism in all client and candidate interactions.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience working in a Recruitment Agency / Staffing Firm environment.
Strong client handling and stakeholder management experience.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
Preferred Profile
Experience hiring for Manufacturing / Sales (Field Sales Role - Junior to Mid level) / Corporate Functions
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment lifecycle management.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Experience Required
2-4 Years of relevant recruitment experience.
