About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team at Herinext India. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in WordPress development, with a strong background in custom plugin creation, theme development, and troubleshooting. This role involves independently managing end-to-end development projects, customizing existing themes and plugins, optimizing website performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, and Gutenberg. Additionally, familiarity with WooCommerce customization and third-party plugin integration is essential. The successful applicant will be instrumental in delivering high-quality web solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience of at least four years in WordPress development is mandatory. Strong proficiency in PHP, with the ability to develop custom plugins, hooks, filters, and shortcodes is essential. Experience working with WooCommerce for e-commerce solutions is highly desirable. Candidates should have a solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, and Gutenberg, along with experience in using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), is required. Knowledge of evaluating and integrating third-party plugins to extend website functionality is also important.
