About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant Expert to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. As a Senior Accountant Expert at Synthires, you will play a critical role in reviewing financial and legal documents, assessing complex business scenarios, and providing high-quality feedback to support the development of AI datasets. This role does not require prior experience in AI; instead, it emphasizes your professional judgment, analytical skills, and accounting expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial data used in AI training, contributing significantly to innovative technological advancements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of corporate-level accounting experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of audit procedures, regulatory considerations, and financial modeling techniques. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. A proven track record of analyzing legal and financial documents, coupled with expertise in tax compliance, will be highly valued. Candidates with experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI model evaluation are preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities
Review and evaluate financial reports and statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to applicable accounting standards.
Assess audit procedures, identify gaps, risks, and regulatory compliance issues, and recommend improvements.
Create, analyze, and validate financial models to produce logical, accurate, and actionable insights.
Review tax compliance practices, documentation, and identify potential risks or areas of concern.
Analyze legal and financial documents for clarity, correctness, and regulatory compliance.
Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback on project materials in both written and verbal formats.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy across project deliverables.
Support the development and evaluation of AI training datasets using accounting expertise, including data labeling and annotation where applicable.
Apply professional judgment to evaluate complex datasets and contribute to the refinement of AI models.
