Role Description The Life Skills Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for designing and delivering interactive life skills sessions for students and/or staff. This role involves planning and conducting structured training programs on topics such as communication, emotional resilience, decision-making, and interpersonal skills. The trainer will facilitate group activities, workshops, and presentations, using engaging methods and real-life examples to support holistic development. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, assessing participant needs, tracking progress, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to integrate life skills into the wider learning environment. The role also requires providing constructive feedback, maintaining a supportive classroom atmosphere, and continuously improving training content based on feedback and outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Life Skills and Soft Skills expertise to guide learners in areas such as self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Candidates should possess solid Training & Development skills to design curricula, facilitate workshops, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.
Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills and Communication abilities to deliver engaging sessions and clearly convey concepts to varied audiences.
Relevant teaching, counseling, or coaching experience in educational or training environments is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social sciences, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in training or life skills facilitation are an advantage.
Ability to build rapport with learners, work collaboratively with faculty and staff, and manage groups in a classroom or workshop setting.
Strong organizational skills, openness to feedback, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices in training and learner engagement.
