We’re looking for a highly creative Content Marketing Executive to own the brand’s content strategy across paid ads, organic social, and product listings. This role requires someone who can write hands-on, script high-performing videos, guide a small team, and build content that drives both brand love and conversions. A deep interest in skincare and beauty is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the content strategy for paid media, organic social, website, and product listings.
Write & script reels, ads, product communication, captions, landing pages, and campaign stories.
Manage a team of content writers/editors/creatives; review output, set direction, and ensure consistent brand voice.
Plan monthly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, website, and community channels.
Partner with performance marketing to develop conversion-focused ad creatives.
Craft compelling product listings (features, benefits, storytelling) across D2C & marketplace platforms.
Analyze content performance and optimize formats, messaging, and creative approach.
Stay plugged into skincare trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and category conversations.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or brand communication (beauty/lifestyle preferred).
Strong writing and scripting skills — must personally create high-quality content.
Experience managing or guiding junior creators/writers.
Deep interest and understanding of skincare, beauty, and wellness.
Ability to think creatively and strategically while working at speed.
Familiarity with social-first content formats and paid ad creative essentials.
