About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong real estate industry experience to lead digital campaigns, generate quality leads, strengthen our brand presence, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Drive quality leads and optimize campaigns for CPL, conversions, ROI & ROAS.
• Plan digital campaigns for project launches and ongoing projects.
• Work closely with Sales & CRM teams to improve lead-to-site-visit and conversion rates.
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media, content, remarketing, and performance marketing activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Coordinate with creative/content teams for digital campaigns and social media.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and new digital marketing opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
✅ 6–10 years of overall digital marketing experience
✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant real estate marketing experience
✅ Experience in promoting apartments, villas, plots, or residential projects
✅ Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
✅ Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media & Performance Marketing
✅ Experience with GA4, Google Search Console & Meta Business Suite
✅ Strong understanding of lead generation and CRM processes
✅ Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
✅ Excellent communication and team-management skills
✅ Experience managing digital marketing budgets and agencies is an added advantage
