Role Description The Music Producer at Bose Works will collaborate closely with directors, writers, and editors to conceptualize and create original music for short films, digital content, and social media campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include composing, arranging, recording, and mixing music tracks, managing studio sessions, and overseeing sound design elements that support visual storytelling. The role involves coordinating with artists and voice talents, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring that all music adheres to brand and production standards. The Music Producer will also evaluate and integrate new music technologies and workflows to improve production quality and efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Music Production and Music Technology, with experience using digital audio workstations and studio equipment.
Solid understanding of Music Theory and composition techniques to create original scores and arrangements.
Broad knowledge of Music and the Music Industry, including current trends, genres, and distribution practices.
Proven experience producing music for film, digital media, or related visual content projects.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail in audio editing, mixing, and mastering, with a commitment to high production standards.
Relevant education or training in music, audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to evolving tools and technologies in media production.
