Role Description The Visual Effects Producer role at Bose Works is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing end-to-end VFX production for digital content and short films, including planning workflows, coordinating with directors, artists, and technical teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Visual Effects Producer will manage schedules, resource allocation, and vendor relationships, while monitoring VFX quality from pre-production through post-production. Daily responsibilities include reviewing storyboards and animatics, tracking shot progress, resolving production challenges, and aligning visual effects with creative and technical requirements. The producer will also collaborate closely with post-production, computer graphics, and editorial teams to maintain consistent visual standards across projects.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills for collaborating with creative, technical, and executive stakeholders.
Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking for VFX and production pipelines.
Hands-on experience with production management, including scheduling, resource planning, and workflow coordination for media projects.
Knowledge of post-production processes, such as VFX integration, compositing coordination, and delivery workflows.
Understanding of computer graphics, including basic familiarity with CG/VFX tools, pipelines, and asset management.
Proven experience in film, digital content, or VFX production, preferably in a producer or production coordinator role.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in film, media, animation, visual effects, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience working with cross-functional creative teams and external vendors in a fast-paced production environment.
Interest in emerging film and media technologies and willingness to adapt to evolving tools and workflows.
