About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Platform Operations Intern with an interest in cloud technologies, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-driven automation.
This internship provides hands-on experience working with modern cloud infrastructure while exploring how AI can simplify platform operations, automate workflows, and optimize operational costs. You will work closely with experienced engineers on real-world projects involving AWS, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud cost optimization.
What You'll Work On
Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and AWS CodeBuild.
Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
Develop AI-driven solutions to automate platform operations and deployment workflows.
Monitor cloud environments and identify opportunities for performance and cost optimization.
Assist with application deployments across development, staging, and production environments.
Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure-related issues.
Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational best practices.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of AWS.
Knowledge of Git and Git-based workflows.
Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
Familiarity with AWS CodeBuild and AWS CodePipeline.
Basic knowledge of Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Basic Linux command-line knowledge.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Eagerness to learn modern cloud, DevOps, and AI technologies.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Docker or Kubernetes.
Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash.
Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted development.
Understanding of basic cloud security practices.
Interest in FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
