We are hiring dedicated and target-oriented Admission Counsellors/BDEs who can confidently guide prospective students through the admission process and contribute to enrollment growth through effective counseling and follow-ups.
This role is best suited for candidates with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to build trust with students while helping them make informed academic and career decisions.

Role Description
As an Admissions Counselor, you will interact with prospective students, understand their educational goals, and guide them toward suitable online or distance learning programs.The role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, professional counseling abilities, and a student-centric approach to ensure a smooth and positive admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
Telephonic Counselling
Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
Explain program details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, career outcomes, and admission procedures.
Counsel students regarding suitable courses based on their academic background and career goals.
Resolve student queries professionally and accurately.
Lead Conversion
Follow up with inquiries generated through different marketing channels.
Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counseling and relationship-building.
Maintain consistent communication with interested candidates.
Admission Process Management
Assist students throughout the complete enrollment journey.
Guide candidates regarding registration, documentation, and fee payment processes.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documents.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, admissions, and student interactions in the CRM.
Share regular updates and reports with the management team.
Student Support
Support enrolled students with basic onboarding and portal-related queries.
Coordinate with university representatives whenever required.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in telephonic counseling and student interactions.
Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Preferred
Prior experience in admissions counseling, telesales, EdTech, or student counseling is preferred.
Familiarity with online or distance education programs is an added advantage.

Important Notes
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sector 57, Gurugram, Haryana.
Candidates must be comfortable with telephonic counseling and lead conversions.
