Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full-stack Developer role based in Aligarh. The Full-stack Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications, working across both front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day responsibilities include building responsive user interfaces, implementing server-side logic and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability of the platform. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, reviewing code, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices. The developer will also participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing features to support a reliable user experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
Strong Back-End Web Development skills, including server-side programming, APIs, and database integration.
Solid Front-End Development skills, with experience in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and responsive UI implementation.
Comfort working across the entire stack, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive solutions.
Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and one back-end framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring).
Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including version control (Git), testing, and code review practices.
Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership of deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
