Role Description The AI/ML Intern role at Autom8AI is a full-time, on-site position based in Aligarh. The intern will assist in designing, training, and evaluating machine learning models to improve the company’s automation platform. Daily tasks may include data collection and preprocessing, implementing algorithms, running experiments, and documenting findings. The intern will collaborate with engineering and product teams to prototype AI-driven features, optimize performance, and support integration into real-world workflows. The role also involves staying current with AI/ML research and contributing ideas to enhance product capabilities.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics (e.g., linear algebra, probability, optimization) and basic understanding of machine learning concepts.
Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in AI/ML (such as Python) and familiarity with libraries or frameworks (e.g., NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
Ability to work with datasets, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
Understanding of core algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and basic deep learning architectures.
Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate business requirements into technical experiments.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Interest in automation, AI-driven products, and applying machine learning to real-world business workflows.
