Role Description The AI/ML Engineer will work full time on-site in Aligarh, developing and deploying machine learning models that power Autom8AI’s automation platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing algorithms, training and optimizing neural network architectures, and building pattern recognition systems for real-world business use cases. The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows, evaluating model performance using statistical methods, and iterating based on user feedback and system metrics. The engineer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of the AI infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, Algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Demonstrated proficiency in Statistics and Pattern Recognition for analyzing data and modeling complex behaviors.
Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and modern machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML (such as Python) and familiarity with version control tools.
Ability to design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models in production environments.
Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
