Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Developer role based in Aligarh. The Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software components that power Autom8AI’s automation platform. Daily responsibilities include implementing back-end services and APIs, writing clean and efficient code, debugging and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver new features. The role also involves reviewing code for quality, optimizing performance, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices to ensure scalable and reliable software solutions.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming with experience building production-ready applications.
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including API design, integration, and database interactions.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to apply OOP patterns effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js) and relevant frameworks.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to work on-site in Aligarh, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in a professional environment.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, or microservices architecture is a plus.
