Location: Gandhwani, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh

KrishiGK is looking for a Junior Agronomist to join our field team and work closely with farming communities to provide practical, field-based agricultural support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide field-based crop advisory and technical support to farmers.
Conduct farmer meetings, demonstrations and field visits.
Support farmer registration, data collection and field documentation.
Monitor crop conditions and identify common crop-related issues.
Promote improved and sustainable agricultural practices.
Coordinate with the project and advisory team for field activities.
Travel regularly to villages and agricultural field locations.
Eligibility
Qualification: M.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working directly with farmers and rural communities.
Willingness to travel extensively in field areas.
