This is not a traditional internship.
You will work directly with the founders on high-impact projects that contribute to the company's growth.
About the Role
As a Founder's Office Growth Intern, you will work across multiple functions including business development, market intelligence, strategic partnerships, AI-driven research, operations, and growth initiatives.
No two days will be the same.
You will help solve difficult problems, execute projects quickly, and build systems that can scale.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research on battery recycling, critical minerals, EV ecosystems, and global supply chains.
Identify potential customers, suppliers, strategic partners, and business opportunities.
Support growth initiatives across India and international markets.
Work on business development, outreach, and partnership building.
Assist in founder-level strategic projects and special initiatives.
Use AI tools to improve research, productivity, and execution.
Build reports, presentations, databases, and growth frameworks.
Support social media, content creation, and brand-building initiatives (if interested).
Coordinate with different teams including operations, sourcing, finance, and R&D.
Solve high-priority business problems and execute independently.
