We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience to facilitate Agile delivery across CRM projects and ensure effective collaboration between business, product, technology, and delivery teams.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Scrum ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, tracking project progress, and supporting teams implementing or enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Dynamics CRM delivery teams.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders.
Ensure Scrum principles, Agile practices, and team processes are effectively followed.
Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, dependencies, risks, and impediments.
Identify and remove blockers that may impact sprint or release commitments.
Coordinate delivery activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM workstreams.
Support Product Owners in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
Facilitate estimation, story refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
Ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria and are ready for development.
Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in CRM configuration, customization, integrations, testing, and deployment.
Monitor project dependencies and proactively communicate risks and issues to stakeholders.
Prepare and communicate Agile metrics and project status reports.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable improvement plans.
Help teams adopt Agile best practices and improve delivery predictability.
Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams in a distributed remote environment.
Support UAT, release management, production deployment, and post-release activities when required.
Must-Have Skills
7+ years of experience in Scrum Master / Agile Project Delivery roles.
Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM projects.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
Experience managing CRM implementation, enhancement, integration, or migration projects.
Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery processes.
Experience working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Architects, and business stakeholders.
Strong experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
Experience tracking sprint metrics, velocity, burndown, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working with geographically distributed and remote teams.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
