Role Description The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development for 2dot2 India Private Limited. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar, responsible for partnering with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across renovation, real estate, and automobile operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, onboarding new team members, and ensuring fair and consistent HR practices. The role involves handling employee engagement initiatives, overseeing training and development programs, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies, and resolving workplace concerns with discretion and professionalism. The Senior Human Resources Manager will also contribute to organizational culture building, workforce planning, HR reporting, and continuous improvement of people-related processes.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy development.
Experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
Knowledge of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and best practices in fair and inclusive workplace policies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and data-driven HR reporting and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to lead HR teams, mentor staff, and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or MBA is preferred.
Prior experience in a senior HR role, ideally within multi-domain or service-oriented industries such as real estate, construction, or automotive.
Strong ethical standards, confidentiality, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, non-discriminatory work environment.
