Role Description The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth across renovation, real estate, and automobile segments. This full-time, on-site role in Jalandhar involves managing social media campaigns, overseeing performance marketing initiatives, and coordinating lead generation activities across channels. The person in this role will analyze web and campaign metrics, report on performance, and continuously refine strategies based on data insights. They will collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals, manage external agencies or vendors when needed, and stay current with digital trends and competitor activity. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will also mentor junior team members and contribute to long-term digital roadmaps for the company.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience developing and executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, campaign management, and community engagement on major platforms.
Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, with a track record of designing and optimizing funnels to convert digital audiences into qualified leads.
Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to interpret data and inform decision-making.
7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably in consumer-focused or multi-vertical businesses.
Proficiency in paid advertising (search and social), SEO fundamentals, and marketing automation or CRM tools.
Strong project management abilities, stakeholder communication skills, and experience leading or mentoring marketing teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
