Role Overview:
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and scalable systems.
This is not a role where you simply execute tickets. You’ll be expected to:

Own features end-to-end
Move fast with high responsibility
You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create systems used by real people globally.
Roles & Responsibilities
Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS)
Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native
Design and implement clean, scalable architectures
Own features end-to-end: design → development → deployment
Work on performance optimization, caching, async processing, and scalability
Build and maintain microservices and event-driven systems
Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployments, and automation
Write high-quality, maintainable, production-grade code
Continuously improve engineering standards and development workflows
What are we looking for?
4–7 years of backend engineering experience
Additionally with React and/or React Native
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and preferably TypeScript
Solid understanding of scalable backend systems and APIs
Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of caching systems like Redis
Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS
Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong debugging and performance optimisation skills
High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
