📍 Location: HSR, Indiranagar, & Kormangala
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday).
Prefer - Immediate Joiners / 0-15 Days.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Executive to manage end-to-end facility operations covering both Technical Services and Soft Services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining workplace infrastructure, vendor coordination, housekeeping standards, and smooth day-to-day facility management.

📌 Key Responsibilities
🛠️ Technical Services
• Oversee maintenance and smooth functioning of all technical assets including electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and firefighting systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance schedules for office equipment and utilities.
• Coordinate with AMC vendors for lifts, generators, air conditioning systems, pest control, and technical repairs.
• Ensure zero downtime of critical systems and resolve breakdowns promptly.
• Monitor utility consumption such as electricity and water usage and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and emergency preparedness.
• Maintain records of service reports, maintenance logs, warranties, and vendor contracts.
🧹 Soft Services
• Manage housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness across office premises, workstations, washrooms, cafeteria, and common areas.
• Supervise pantry operations, hygiene standards, and consumables availability.
• Handle pest control schedules and sanitation activities.
• Coordinate office seating arrangements, workstation readiness, and employee comfort requirements.
• Ensure proper waste management and disposal processes.
• Monitor grooming, attendance, and performance of housekeeping/support staff.
🤝 Vendor & Administrative Management
• Coordinate with multiple vendors for technical and soft service operations.
• Raise purchase requests for facility materials, consumables, and repairs.
• Track invoices, service completion, and payment follow-ups.
• Negotiate vendor pricing and ensure quality service delivery within budget.
👥 Employee Support & Operations
• Address employee facility complaints and close issues within defined timelines.
• Support internal events, meeting room readiness, office moves, and infrastructure setup.
• Maintain smooth daily office operations with high service standards.
🎓 Qualification
• Any Graduate / Diploma / Technical Background Preferred
