Job Title: Senior Electrical Site Engineer – Commercial Office Spaces.
Location: Bangalore - Multiple Sites.
Experience: 2–4 years.

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to handle electrical design, site execution,
and MST activities for commercial office space projects. The role involves coordinating with internal
teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely, safe, and quality electrical installations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Electrical Engineering & Calculations
Perform load calculations, power demand assessment, and capacity planning for commercial office projects.
Plan power distribution systems including LT panels, UPS, DG backup, earthing, and lighting systems.
Ensure compliance with NBC, IS standards, fire & electrical safety norms.
2. Site Execution & Project Management
Execute electrical works at site as per approved specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
Handle multiple projects and multiple sites simultaneously.
Plan daily site activities, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
3. Team Handling (MSTs)
Lead and manage MST teams (Multi-Skilled Technicians) across project sites.
Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure quality workmanship.
Train and guide technicians on safety practices and execution standards.
4. Vendor & Contractor Management
Coordinate with electrical contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Validate material specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
Monitor vendor performance and certify measurements and bills.
5. BESCOM Coordination & Approvals
Handle BESCOM coordination for new connections, load enhancements, temporary power, and permanent power approvals.
Prepare and submit required documents, drawings, and applications to BESCOM.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and meter installations as per BESCOM norms.
Ensure timely power availability to meet project timelines.
6. Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
Conduct quality checks, testing, snag-list closure, and final handover activities.
Maintain site documentation, test reports, and as-built records.
7. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with civil, interior, HVAC, fire-fighting, and plumbing teams.
Attend client meetings, site reviews, and coordination meetings.
Provide regular progress and issue reports to project management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering.
6-10 years of experience in electrical execution for commercial office / corporate interior projects.
Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting systems, DG, UPS, earthing, and ELV coordination.
Experience in handling MST teams and vendors.
Ability to manage multiple projects and frequent site travel.
Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and BOQs.
Experience in coworking spaces, IT parks, or large corporate office.
