Job Summary
Vtricks Technologies is looking for an experienced and technically proficient Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on knowledge of React, Java, and Node.js. The candidate will be responsible for managing software development projects, leading technical teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development processes, excellent team-handling abilities, and the confidence to communicate with clients on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate software development projects from planning through delivery.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers and other technical professionals.
Interact with clients on a daily basis to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and project plans.
Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and other internal teams.
Track project timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Monitor the progress of tasks, sprints, milestones, and releases.
Conduct daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Review technical work and provide guidance to team members when required.
Identify project risks, challenges, and bottlenecks and implement suitable solutions.
Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to clients and management.
Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.
Ensure proper documentation of requirements, project plans, technical decisions, and delivery updates.
Support estimation, resource planning, task allocation, and release planning.
Coordinate deployment activities, issue resolution, and post-release support.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, development processes, and project management practices.
Required Technical Skills
Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of:
React.js
Java
Node.js
Good understanding of frontend and backend application development.
Knowledge of REST APIs, database concepts, and software development life cycle.
Familiarity with Git and code version-control practices.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with project management and collaboration tools.
Ability to understand technical challenges and provide practical solutions.

Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in software development, technical project management, or a similar role.
Strong practical exposure to React, Java, and Node.js is required.
Prior experience handling development teams and communicating directly with clients will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in Agile project management and software product development will be an advantage.
Work Location and Schedule
Location: Vijayanagar, Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work from office
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week
Candidates must be currently residing in Bengaluru.
Candidates should be willing to work from the office on all five working days.
Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Compensation will depend on technical skills, project management experience, client-handling abilities, and interview performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a technically strong project manager who can understand development work, guide a team, manage project execution, and communicate effectively with clients. The candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of project delivery and working from the Bengaluru office full-time.
