Lead Generation Intern

About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Intern who enjoys research, discovering opportunities, and figuring out who a business should be talking to.You’ll work with our team on real campaigns, helping us identify potential customers, collect prospect information, maintain lead databases, and support outreach and sales activities.This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how businesses turn data and research into actual sales opportunities.
What You’ll Learn
• Understand how to define an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify relevant prospects.
• Research companies, decision-makers, industries, and markets.
• Build accurate and organised prospect databases.
• Find and validate relevant contact information.
• Use LinkedIn and other platforms for prospect discovery.
• Segment leads based on industry, role, company, location, and other criteria.
• Support personalised email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Use AI tools to make prospect research faster and more efficient.
• Manage leads using Google Sheets and CRM platforms.
• Track lead generation activities and understand key performance metrics.
• Understand how lead generation connects with sales, marketing, and business growth.
