Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in South Delhi. The Interior Designer will work on designing kitchens and wardrobes, developing space plans, and creating detailed interior layouts aligned with Würfel’s design standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand requirements, preparing design concepts and 3D presentations, coordinating construction drawings, and selecting finishes, fixtures, and equipment. The role also involves collaborating with architects, project managers, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution, conducting site visits to monitor progress, and resolving design-related issues. The Interior Designer will support the sales and installation teams by providing accurate design documentation and maintaining consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic solutions.
Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize kitchen and wardrobe layouts for usability and visual harmony.
Candidates should possess proficiency in developing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution.
Candidates should possess FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection skills, including materials, finishes, hardware, and appliances suited to high-quality kitchens and wardrobes.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
Strong client communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and willingness to work on-site and conduct regular site visits.
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential interiors or modular kitchens is an advantage.
