Role Description The Interior Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. The specialist will collaborate with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and functional needs, translating these into detailed design concepts and layouts for kitchens, wardrobes, and related interior spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, specifying furniture and FF&E items, preparing design presentations, and coordinating with the sales and installation teams to ensure accurate project execution. The role involves visiting project sites, taking measurements, updating drawings, and resolving design-related issues during implementation. The Interior Design Specialist will maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to agreed quality standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in space planning and interior design for residential or modular kitchen projects.
Experience working with furniture selection and FF&E (fixtures, fittings, and equipment) coordination.
Strong communication skills for client interaction, presentation of concepts, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and comfort with reading and preparing technical drawings.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and understanding of materials, finishes, and ergonomic design principles.
Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or retail showroom environments is an advantage.
