Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TeleCaller role based in Bengaluru. The TeleCaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to introduce Iris Photography India’s services, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information on offerings, pricing, and booking procedures. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer records, following up on leads, and coordinating with the photography and operations teams to schedule appointments or shoots. The role involves addressing customer questions, resolving basic concerns, and ensuring a positive and professional communication experience. The TeleCaller is expected to meet call and conversion targets, adhere to company communication guidelines, and contribute to building long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
Candidates should possess customer service and relationship-building abilities to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and basic issue resolution.
Candidates should possess basic sales and persuasion skills to convert leads, explain service offerings, and support booking decisions.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to manage call volumes, maintain records, and follow structured workflows.
Candidates should possess proficiency with basic computer applications and call-logging tools, and the ability to learn new systems as needed.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (especially in services or creative industries) is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
A minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
