Ones Photography and Iris Photography India provide professional photography services in Bangalore.
Our services include maternity photography, newborn and toddler photography, family portraits, birthday photography, housewarming photography, event photography and premium iris photography.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller & Lead Conversion Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our photography packages, following up on enquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key responsibilities
1. Handle customer enquiries
Contact customers who enquire through Facebook and Instagram advertisements.
Respond to leads received through WhatsApp and other enquiry channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable photography packages.
Explain package prices, inclusions, available themes and booking procedures.
2. Convert leads into bookings
Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Encourage customers to confirm their photography sessions.
Handle basic price-related objections professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers who have not yet booked.
Achieve daily and monthly booking targets.
3. Customer relationship management
Maintain an organised record of enquiries and follow-ups.
Update customer information and booking status in a spreadsheet or CRM.
Coordinate with the photography team regarding confirmed bookings.
Send package details, offers and booking information to customers.
Provide a professional and friendly customer experience.
4. Sales and reporting
Track the number of enquiries contacted, follow-ups completed and bookings confirmed.
Prepare daily reports on calls, leads and conversions.
Inform customers about ongoing offers and promotions.
Identify opportunities to increase bookings and generate repeat business.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate in Kannada and Hindi is an advantage.
Malayalam proficiency is an additional advantage.
Confident speaking over the phone.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Sheets.
Good persuasion and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales or lead generation is preferred but not mandatory.
