### Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **E-Commerce Executive** to manage and grow our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing platforms such as **Amazon and/or Myntra**, along with strong knowledge of marketplace operations, product listings, order management, and sales performance.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations on **Amazon, Myntra**, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
* Create, update, and optimize **product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory**.
* Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and marketplace-related issues.
* Track marketplace sales, revenue, inventory, and overall performance.
* Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
* Monitor product rankings, visibility, customer reviews, and ratings.
* Handle marketplace promotions, offers, and campaigns.
* Prepare regular **sales and performance reports** and identify areas for improvement.
* Resolve marketplace account, catalog, payment, and operational issues.
* Ensure marketplace policies, guidelines, and documentation are properly followed.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
* **3–4 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce/Marketplace Operations.**
* Hands-on experience with **Amazon or Myntra is mandatory**.
* Good understanding of marketplace seller panels and e-commerce operations.
* Strong knowledge of **catalog management, inventory, orders, pricing, returns, and promotions**.
* Good analytical and reporting skills.
* Proficiency in **MS Excel/Google Sheets**.
* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketplace activities.
### Preferred
Experience managing multiple marketplaces and working with e-commerce analytics, advertising, and marketplace campaigns.
