Importerr.com is a cross-border sourcing platform that helps Indian entrepreneurs and D2C brands source directly from China. That means MOQ of 1, end-to-end logistics and INR payments. We work with a network of 0.5mn+ Chinese suppliers and brands, backed by a China-based team and 15+ years of cross-border e-commerce experience.

What You Will Do
Depending on your strength, you may lead or support areas like:
Sourcing and supplier network: supplier development, negotiation, quality checks and product discovery with our China team
Cross-border logistics and supply chain: shipping, customs, clearance, last-mile delivery, inventory and dispatch
D2C and brand growth: helping sellers and brand builders launch and scale winning products
Marketplace growth: Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, quick commerce
Sales and partnerships: B2B acquisition, channel partners, affiliates, influencers and educators
Performance marketing and content: paid ads, social, LinkedIn, video and community building
Founder's office projects: strategy, fundraising support, investor communication, special projects
Operations and process building: SOPs, CRM, automation, customer support systems
Finance, MIS and reconciliation: cross-border payments, INR/CNY flows, controls and reporting
New business and market launches: including international expansion
Team building and execution systems

Ideal Background
Ex-founder, co-founder, startup operator, business hustler or high-ownership professional
Experience in e-commerce, D2C, sourcing, import/export, operations, sales, marketing, finance or SCM is preferred
Comfort with ambiguity, a fast pace and hands-on execution
Failure is not a problem. Lack of hunger is.
