Intern - Recruiter

Role Description The Intern – Recruiter will support the talent acquisition team in identifying, engaging, and coordinating with potential candidates for various roles at Pepper. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment trackers or ATS tools. The intern will assist in drafting job postings, coordinating with hiring managers, and helping ensure a positive and professional candidate experience. This is an internship role based on-site in Mumbai, with opportunities to learn modern recruitment practices and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Qualifications
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers in a professional manner.
Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions, interviews, and follow-ups.
Comfort with using online tools such as job boards, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and basic applicant tracking systems.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate in a team-oriented, inclusive work environment.
Attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and a commitment to fair, unbiased hiring practices.
