We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic post graduates to join our Talent Management team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support business development by:
Identifying potential clients and preparing proposals.
Conducting cold calls and reaching out to relevant client pools to pitch our services.
Generate creative ideas for engaging employee events and learning & development initiatives tailored to diverse client needs.
Implement and oversee the execution of employee engagement and L&D events, ensuring seamless and impactful delivery.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and align event strategies with their organizational goals.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
