Annual budgeting, financial planning and forecasting
Branch, region and product-level financial projections
Monthly MIS, dashboards and variance analysis
Profitability and business performance analysis
Scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
Business partnering with Business, Operations, Credit and HR
Cash flow, liquidity and funding analysis
Competitive and industry benchmarking
Financial impact assessment for new products and business initiatives
Requirement
8–10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, Financial Analysis or Management Reporting
Experience in NBFC, Banking or Financial Services
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and business performance
Exposure to lending metrics such as AUM, disbursement, collection efficiency, PAR, yield, cost of funds, ROA and ROE
Exposure to lending / NBFC RBI regulations will be a plus
