TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to help build and grow a TikTok affiliate program from the ground up.
This role is focused on creator recruitment, outreach, affiliate management, product gifting, content coordination, and performance tracking. You will identify and recruit high-potential TikTok creators, onboard them into the affiliate program, build strong relationships, and use performance data to determine which creators and content formats are driving results.
Compensation: $1,500 USD/month
Schedule: Fixed 30 hours per week (U.S. Business Hours)
Key Responsibilities
Help build and manage the TikTok Shop affiliate program from the ground up.
Identify, vet, and recruit TikTok creators who align with the brand and its products.
Conduct high-volume outreach to potential affiliates, with a focus on creators in the 10K–200K follower range.
Write engaging creator outreach messages and consistently follow up with prospective affiliates.
Manage creator relationships through TikTok Shop’s affiliate and creator marketplace tools.
Onboard new affiliates and support the setup of commission structures and creator partnerships.
Coordinate product gifting and seeding, ensuring creators receive products and have what they need to begin creating content.
Brief creators on product messaging, key claims, content angles, and brand expectations.
Review creator content and provide feedback to improve performance and conversion potential.
Track GMV, conversion rates, engagement, creator activity, and content performance.
Identify creators, messaging, and video formats that are generating measurable sales.
Use performance insights to determine what should be scaled, adjusted, or discontinued.
Expand the affiliate roster based on successful creator and content learnings.
Provide clear reporting on overall affiliate program performance, learnings, and opportunities.
Requirements
Resume in English.
Native or near-native English proficiency, spoken and written.
Hands-on experience recruiting and managing TikTok creators or affiliates is a must.
Working knowledge of TikTok Shop’s affiliate and creator marketplace tools is a must.
Experience personally sourcing, contacting, and onboarding creators or affiliates.
Strong creator outreach and relationship-management skills.
Experience managing affiliate or creator relationships from recruitment through activation.
Familiarity with affiliate commissions, creator onboarding, and product gifting or seeding.
Ability to provide creators with clear content briefs, messaging guidance, and feedback.
Understanding of performance-driven creator content and how content can contribute to sales.
