We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations for a portfolio of clients. This role involves managing month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and ensuring GAAP compliance while supporting client relationships and mentoring junior accountants.
Salary up to USD 3,000 monthly based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end close, prepare financial statements, and review journal entries and reconciliations.
Oversee AP/AR, accruals, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
Ensure GAAP compliance and support audits and tax filings.
Manage client relationships, resolve accounting issues, and identify process improvements.
Supervise and mentor junior accountants while collaborating with Controllers and CFOs.
Support accounting system implementations and client onboarding.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA preferred.
8+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, macros, and automation.
Experience with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar systems.
Experience with accounting system implementations and managing multiple clients.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
