Twincall is a 24/7 AI teammate for service businesses. Our AI answers calls, follows up with customers, and helps businesses capture revenue they would otherwise lose. We're looking for a GTM Engineer to build and scale an AI-native growth engine that generates qualified demo requests and revenue. This is a technical growth role, not a traditional sales or marketing position.
What You'll DoBuild the GTM Engine
Own the entire funnel: Find → Enrich → Qualify → Research → Contact → Follow Up → Book → Measure → Improve
Build systems that automate as much of this process as possible.
Build AI-Native Automations
Use AI and automation to create systems for:
Prospect research
Lead enrichment
ICP qualification
Lead scoring
Website/business analysis
Personalized outreach
Reply classification
Lead routing
Sales-call analysis
GTM reporting
Constantly ask: "What can we automate?"Build High-Volume Outbound
Be comfortable working with:

Apollo
Instantly
Google Maps scraping
Web scraping
Email enrichment/verification
APIs & webhooks
AI APIs
Google Sheets/databases
Build outbound systems capable of processing thousands or tens of thousands of prospects while maintaining strong targeting and email deliverability.
Rapidly Test GTM Ideas
We want someone who can go: Idea → Build → Launch → Measure → Iterate in days.
You'll constantly test:
New ICPs
New prospecting sources
New outbound channels
New messaging
AI agents
Personalization strategies
Landing pages
Lead magnets
Referral strategies
New automation workflows
If something works, scale it. If it doesn't, figure out why and try something else.

You should be:
Highly technical and resourceful

Experienced with outbound and cold email
Comfortable with scraping and enrichment
Experienced using AI tools and APIs

2-Week Paid Trial
We start with a 2-week paid trial to determine whether we're mutually a good fit.
You'll work on real Twincall GTM initiatives and we'll evaluate:
Speed
Technical ability
Quality of execution
Resourcefulness
Communication
Ability to work independently
Early results
At the end of two weeks, both sides decide whether to continue long-term.
Compensation
