Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves providing comprehensive executive and administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will handle correspondence, draft and review documents, coordinate internal and external communications, and maintain organized records and files. Daily responsibilities also include supporting meeting preparation, creating presentations or reports as needed, tracking key tasks and deadlines, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage calendars, meetings, and documentation efficiently.
Experience with Expense Reports and related executive support tasks, including travel coordination and basic budgeting or reimbursement processes.
Proven Executive Support capabilities, including handling confidential information, prioritizing tasks, and supporting senior leadership decision-making.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital collaboration platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role; exposure to HR or professional services environments is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
