Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Creative Movie Posters Designer. The role involves conceptualizing and designing original movie posters and related promotional creatives for digital and print use. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and creative teams to understand campaign goals, visual themes, and branding requirements; generating design concepts and mood boards; and producing final artwork aligned with client briefs and timelines. The designer will adapt posters for multiple formats and platforms, ensure consistency with brand and film identity, and prepare files for production and distribution. The role also includes iterating on feedback, maintaining organized design assets, and staying current with visual trends in film marketing and entertainment design.
Qualifications
Strong Creativity Skills with the ability to generate original visual concepts and cinematic poster designs.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design ideas clearly.
Experience in Creative Strategy and Branding to align poster concepts with campaign objectives and brand identity.
Solid Writing skills for taglines, copy suggestions, and supporting text that enhance visual storytelling.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent graphic design software.
Portfolio demonstrating movie posters, entertainment campaigns, or related visual storytelling work.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of print and digital production standards, file formats, and resolution requirements.
Interest in films, pop culture, and visual trends in global and Indian cinema marketing.
