Role Description The Property Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the performance and profitability of assigned properties or property-related business units. This role includes managing day-to-day operations such as tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance coordination, and vendor management. The Property Business Manager will monitor occupancy, rentals, and operating costs, prepare regular performance reports, and support budgeting and financial planning for the property portfolio. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve revenue, optimize expenses, and enhance the overall tenant and client experience. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential to ensure smooth operations, compliance with relevant regulations, and alignment with Asan Innovators’ growth objectives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in property or facility management, including operations oversight, vendor coordination, and maintenance scheduling.
Experience in business and financial management, such as budgeting, forecasting, rent and revenue tracking, and cost optimization.
Proficiency in stakeholder and tenant management, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service.
Ability to use digital tools and software for property management, reporting, and documentation; comfort with data analysis and dashboards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple properties or projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present reports and recommendations clearly to management and clients.
Relevant experience in real estate, property operations, or business management; exposure to commercial or tech-enabled properties is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
